Privacy Policy
General information
This privacy notice describes processing on the White-Lymora GmbH website. It covers the website, contact and gift-certificate processes.
Controller
White-Lymora GmbH
Lossenstraße 9, 46240 Bottrop, Deutschland
Managing director: Maryna Bila
Telephone: +49 178 6032333
Email: info@white-lymora.de
Hosting
The website is hosted with united-domains. Technically necessary connection data may be processed.
Server log files
The web server may process IP address, time, requested resource, status code and technical browser data in security and error logs.
SSL/TLS encryption
The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
Language preference / local storage
When you choose a language, the preference may be stored as a local browser value. It contains no contact data and is not used for analytics or advertising. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Contact by email and phone
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. Depending on context, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
WhatsApp
Opening the WhatsApp contact establishes a connection to WhatsApp and its privacy information applies. No transfer occurs through this site before you choose the external link.
Social-network links
The site links to Instagram and TikTok but loads no social plugins or feeds. The relevant provider processes data under its own notice only after you open the external link.
Google Maps
Google Maps is not loaded automatically. Only after you select “Load Google Maps” is a Google Maps iframe created and a connection established. IP address and technical browser data may be transferred, including outside the EU/EEA. The selection is consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Gift-certificate purchase
We process data required for selection, order, payment allocation, issue, electronic delivery, support and abuse prevention. The checkout API may store an open order before redirecting to Stripe.
Buyer data
We process the buyer's name, email address and phone number together with the selected product and order data. Buyer phone remains required in the current process.
Gift-certificate recipient data
The source is the buyer, not the recipient. We process the recipient's name and email address; recipient phone is optional. The purpose is issue and electronic delivery. Depending on the process, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Recipients may include hosting, Stripe, Brevo and authorised internal staff. Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose, legal duties or claims; GDPR rights apply.
Stripe
Payment uses Stripe Checkout. Buyer name, buyer email, payment and transaction data and technical data may be transmitted. We do not store full card data in White-Lymora systems. More information: https://stripe.com/de/privacy-center/legal
Payment processing
Payment status is processed from signature-verified Stripe webhooks rather than a browser redirect. Stripe references, status and event data are used for contract performance, security, fraud prevention and evidence.
Brevo / transactional email
After confirmed payment, Brevo may send transactional emails to the buyer, recipient and internal order address. The message may contain name, email and the gift-certificate, order and delivery information needed for that message. There is no newsletter sign-up in this flow. More information: https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/
Database and internal administration
Order, certificate, payment-reference and delivery-status data are stored in the planned MySQL database and are not intended for public access.
Administrative access
Access is limited to authorised administrators and protected by technical controls.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose, contract administration, legal claims or statutory retention.
Recipients
Depending on the process, recipients may include hosting/infrastructure providers, Stripe, Brevo, authorised administrators and authorities or advisers where necessary.
International transfers
Processing outside the EU/EEA cannot be excluded for Google Maps, Stripe, Brevo or other services.
Legal bases
Depending on the process, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), (b) (contract/pre-contract), (c) (legal obligation) or (f) (legitimate interests such as security and abuse prevention).

You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. Processing before withdrawal remains lawful. Do not load Google Maps again if you do not want another Google connection.

Right to complain
Under Art. 77 GDPR you may complain to a supervisory authority.

Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when technical or legal conditions change. The version published on this page applies.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to consumers' purchase of gift certificates from White-Lymora GmbH unless an individual agreement provides otherwise.
2. Contracting partner
White-Lymora GmbH, Lossenstraße 9, 46240 Bottrop, Deutschland; managing director: Maryna Bila; commercial register: Amtsgericht Gelsenkirchen, HRB 20038; email: info@white-lymora.de.
3. Offer and contract conclusion
The website presentation invites an order. Contract conclusion follows the checkout process and confirmation shown there.
4. Prices and payment
The prices displayed in the order process apply in euros. Statutory price and tax information remains unaffected.
5. Gift certificates
Value certificates are available from €40 to €450 and service certificates cover a selected treatment. Details are in the gift-certificate conditions.
6. Digital provision
The current online process is designed for electronic provision after confirmed payment. A physical version may be available at the studio; online physical shipping is not promised unless the checkout offers it.
7. Redemption
Certificates may be redeemed and transferred under the gift-certificate conditions. Appointments and the treatment are arranged with the studio.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are in the separate withdrawal notice; voluntary returns are distinct from that right.
9. Statutory rights
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These terms do not limit liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
10. Liability
White-Lymora is liable under statutory law. Limitations apply only where legally permitted.
Gift-certificate conditions
1. Types of certificate
White-Lymora offers value certificates and service certificates. A value certificate covers the selected amount; a service certificate covers the selected treatment.
2. Value
A value certificate may be selected between €40 and €450.
3. Validity
The certificate is valid for three years from its issue date. Mandatory statutory limitation rules remain unaffected.
4. Redemption
The certificate is redeemed at the studio for offered services. The appointment is arranged with the studio.
5. Partial redemption and balance
Partial redemption is allowed. Any remaining balance stays on the certificate until the applicable validity period ends.
6. Additional payment
If the service costs more than the certificate value, the difference may be paid by a payment method available at the studio.
7. Transferability
The certificate may be transferred. Transfer does not extend its validity.
8. Promotions and discounts
A value certificate may be combined with current promotions or discounts. A service certificate covers the purchased treatment; a later change to the regular or promotional price does not change that treatment.
9. Cash payment
Cash payment of the certificate value or remaining balance is excluded. Statutory withdrawal and repayment rights remain unaffected.
10. Right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal is described in the separate withdrawal notice and is distinct from a voluntary return.
11. Digital / physical version
The current online process is designed for digital provision after confirmed payment. A physical version may be offered at the studio; online selection and shipping are owed only if expressly offered.
12. Statutory rights
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. No unconfirmed rules on loss, no-show, booking deadlines or cancellation fees are added.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The period is fourteen days from conclusion of the contract.
